The Muiriosa Foundation are looking for Healthcare Assistants for their adult ID residential unit. Shifts are long days (8am – 8pm) and waking nights (8pm – 8am) Ideally staff would be able to do 3 shifts on average per week.
Role Overview & Core Duties
- Assist individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and pursuing personal interests and goals.
- Help residents connect with their local community, build relationships, and access new experiences.
- Promote physical and emotional wellbeing while upholding safety, dignity, and respect.
- Follow national standards and foundation policies, including HIQA guidelines.
