Band 5 Registered General Nurse

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting temporary Band 5 Registered General Nurses to join our healthcare team in North Shields, Tyne and Wear. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience in a variety of healthcare settings.
Responsibilities:
– Providing high-quality nursing care to patients – Administering medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals – Monitoring patients’ vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team – Assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures – Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation – Educating patients and their families about their health and care plan
Requirements:
– Registered General Nurse with valid NMC registration – At least 6 months of recent clinical experience in a hospital or community setting – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to work effectively in a team environment – Strong organizational and time management skills – Full immunisation history – DBS registered on the annual update service
Umbrella Rates: £21 per hour weekdays £27 per hour nights £30 per hour weekends & bank holidays
