Band 5 Nurse – Exeter, Devon
TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting skilled and experienced Band 5 Nurses to join our temporary workforce team in Exeter, Devon The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to NHS Trusts in the South West.
Responsibilities include: – Assisting in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care – Administering medications and treatments as prescribed – Observing and recording patient vital signs and progress – Communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues – Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families – Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to the development of care plans – Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements: – Valid nursing qualification and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council – Relevant experience in a clinical setting – Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to work effectively as part of a team – Excellent organisational and time-management skills – Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
