As a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant via TTM Healthcare a Tier 1 provider, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing compassionate care to our patients. Minimum Requirements:
Clinical Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced clinical skills, including monitoring vital signs, administering treatments under supervision, and assisting with more complex patient care activities.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential. Band 3 Healthcare Assistants should effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to ensure comprehensive and empathetic care.
Autonomy: Display a level of autonomy in carrying out assigned tasks and responsibilities, showcasing the ability to make informed decisions within the scope of the role.
Adaptability: Be adaptable and responsive to the changing needs of patients and the healthcare team. Flexibility in handling a variety of clinical situations is key.
