As a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant specializing in Mental Health, employed through TTM Healthcare, a Tier 1 provider, you will assume a crucial role in delivering compassionate care tailored to our patients’ specific needs. We are actively seeking candidates with a minimum of 12 months of experience in acute mental health care settings, particularly those inclined towards morning or day shifts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Clinical Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced clinical skills pertinent to mental health care, encompassing the observation of mental health indicators, facilitating therapeutic interventions under supervision, and assisting in managing complex patient care scenarios.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are paramount. Band 3 Healthcare Assistants specializing in Mental Health should adeptly collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to ensure holistic and empathetic care delivery.
- Autonomy: Exhibit a high level of autonomy in executing assigned duties and responsibilities, showcasing the capability to make informed decisions within the parameters of the role, particularly in mental health crisis situations.
